Kokosov voda je prozra n a osv~ujc. Najdeme ji v dovezench plodech, kde zYeteln aplouch. Kokosov mlko se pou~v velmi asto v orientln i jin (americk) kuchyni. Dne je u ns k dostn v plechovkch. Pokud si je nekoupme v plechovkch, tak si je mo~eme snadno pYipravit z du~iny kokosovho oYechu nebo dokonce z kokosov mou ky. Jeho pYprava nen slo~it.</blockquote></small><span class="novy">Suroviny:</span><li>250 g du~iny kokosovho oYechu<li>200 ml mlka nebo vody<br><i>Jin varianta:</i><br><li>150 g kokosov mou ky<li>40 ml mlka nebo vody</li><br><br><span class="novy">Postup pYpravy</span><br> erstvou du~inu kokosovho oYechu nastrouhme do mlka, dobYe promchme a nechme chvli rozle~et. Msto mlka mo~eme pou~t i vodu. Pak protla me kapalinu pYes sto nebo utrku (lze pou~t i silonovou tkaninu) do ndoby. Tento postup nkolikrt opakujeme a~ te e jenom voda.<br><span class="novy">Jin varianta pYpravy:</span><br>Msto du~iny kokosovho oYechu pou~ijeme snadno dostupnou kokosovou mou ku.
